Tuesday’s two-hour public hearing gave the Flowery Branch City Council plenty of insight into the safety and traffic concerns of residents of Sterling on the Lake and prompted exploration into traffic calming devices that could address worries about speeders on Capitola Farm Road. There is no proposal for any land use change, in the size of the development or the number of units that can be constructed.
