Traffic flow changes are being made this week to an often-dangerous intersection of McEver Road between Village Shoppes at Gainesville and McEver’s Corners just south of Dawsonville Highway/Ga. 53. With construction underway, drivers are no longer able to turn left out of the Kohl’s and Publix parking lots. Motorists will now only be able to turn right into and out of Village Shoppes. They’ll still be able to turn left into McEver’s Corners if they’re traveling north on McEver toward Dawsonville Highway, but they won’t be able to turn left out of McEver’s Corner
