The Disabled American Veterans’ hosted its “Fulfilling Our Promises” concert Saturday night at the Carlos and Sandra Cervantes Theater at Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville. The concert featured a variety of music, including classical, country and gospel performed by 15 musicians of various ages and backgrounds. The event was a fundraiser for DAV Chapter 17, which depends on donations and volunteers to assist area veterans and their families.
