Megan English, a senior at West Hall High School, recently participated in LaGrange College’s Presidential Scholarship program, earning a $1,000 award. Joseph Miller, vice president for enrollment, said 136 students entered this year’s competition. Scholarship recipients were evaluated by a panel of judges based on their school transcripts, SAT and ACT scores, interview performance and written essay.
