Wilson Orthodontics plans to break ground on its new Gainesville location at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Jesse Jewell and Limestone parkways, across from the Kroger-anchored New Holland Market development.

Architects at Atlanta Design Associates created the project as the clinic’s primary location. It will feature a children’s theater, game room, computer stations, free Wi-Fi and other patient amenities.

“We have been researching and planning this new facility for some time, so it’s exciting to finally break ground and get started on what we believe will be the area’s premier orthodontic treatment facility,” said Ron Wilson, DMD, owner and partner of Wilson Orthodontics.

The primary building also will incorporate a continuing education space on the second floor and contain space for lease for up to two tenants. A second 11,000-square-foot building can accommodate up to three additional tenants. Buford-based Hobgood Construction Group is handling construction, to be completed next winter.

“We selected the new site for its proximity to both the growing GA 365 corridor and Gainesville’s thriving medical community,” Wilson said. “Our goal is to provide our patients with a convenient location and access to the highest quality orthodontic care and technology available anywhere.”

Wilson Orthodontics is currently at 1220 Sherwood Park Drive, Gainesville, plus offices in Cleveland, Hoschton, Oakwood, Flowery Branch, Dahlonega and Dawsonville. For more, visit www.wilsonbraces.com or call 770-536-0882.
