United Community Bank has been recognized for the highest customer satisfaction score in the Southeast by the J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. This is the fourth consecutive year the bank has received the award.
The U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study, now in its 12th year, is the longest-running and most in-depth survey of the U.S. retail banking industry. The study measures satisfaction in six factors including: account information, channel activities, facility, fees, problem resolution and product offerings.
Satisfaction is measured on a 1,000-point scale, and United ranked among the best with a score of 852.
