The Norton Agency has announced the hiring of Kara Scroggs as chief operations officer of its insurance division. Scroggs graduated from Georgia Tech and began her career in consulting. She has more than 10 years of experience, including more than six years with accounting firms in construction and real estate program management and fixed asset services for both public and private companies.
