Northeastern Judicial Circuit Assistant District Attorney Clark Candler has been recognized by the Council of Accountability Court Judges, receiving the Star Award for his prosecution role in the Accountability Courts.

It particularly recognizes his role in Drug Court and the circuit’s mental health court (H.E.L.P. Court).

Clark, in acknowledging being honored by the recognition, said that “I am very proud of the Northeastern Judicial Circuit’s District Attorney’s Office’s continued commitment to making our community safer by addressing the issues of drug addiction and mental illness in an humane and effective way.”
