Carl Blackburn has joined Peach State Bank & Trust as vice president and mortgage lending manager.

Blackburn brings more than 25 years of banking experience with him, beginning his banking career with the Bank of Clayton. He was most recently home mortgage consultant for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

“He has a track record of impeccable service to his customers,” said Ron Quinn, Peach State Bank & Trust president and CEO, in a press release. “I believe that Peach State Bank and our customers will be well-served for many years to come by his presence, and our community will enjoy the benefits of his mutual community commitment and involvement in civic endeavors.”

In addition, Ashley Moon has joined Peach State Bank as a bank officer in accounting. She graduated from Piedmont College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and accounting major. She has five years of financial banking experience, and is attending the Georgia School of Banking in Athens.

“Ashley will make a great addition to our team, we are excited to have her on board,” Quinn said.
