The North Hall Community Center isn’t entirely finished but that doesn’t mean people can’t come in and use some of the new facility’s services. Hall County Parks and Leisure Director Mike Little said the facility will open today with limited services. “We’re getting a lot of calls and people are wanting to come in and look around.
