A North Hall woman’s hopes to run a dog kennel from her rural home were dashed Thursday night as the Hall County Board of Commissioners sided with neighbors that opposed the proposal on Thursday. Debra Hunsucker, who lives off the intersection of Henson and Fields roads, was looking to make her living running the dog kennel. Citing recent hardships, she said she had few other options to cover her expenses.
