The Faithful Christian Worship Center plans to give away between 250 and 300 free book bags with school supplies in them Saturday at the Fair Street Neighborhood Center.

The giveaway is set for 9 a.m. at 715 Fair St. in Gainesville, and the bags will be handed out until supplies run out.

Children must be present to receive a free book bag containing school supplies.
