All four girls of the Perez family ran straight to the "salon" chairs at an event Sunday that offered free haircuts and school supplies. One in particular, the oldest at the age of 10, quickly had her ponytail chopped off to donate to another child in need. As the family left, they yelled "thank you," and "God bless you" to volunteers at Air Line Baptist Church.
