Seven people were involved in a two-vehicle accident on Pearl Nix Parkway this afternoon, but all are stable and have been transported for nonemergency treatment, said Gainesville Fire Department public information officer Keith Smith. The Gainesville fire department and Hall County emergency medical services responded to the scene around 4 p.m. today on Pearl Nix Parkway near the Captain D’s restaurant. One woman, one man and two children were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for nonemergency treatment, Smith wrote in a statement.
