Chick-fil-A fans will soon have another place in Hall County to feed their appetite for chicken and service.
The newest Chick-fil-A restaurant should open in the New Holland area by the end of the summer, weather-permitting, spokeswoman Renee Ginn said.
Ginn said work on the new building should begin with a groundbreaking in mid-March.
She said a more firm timetable for the opening will be known in the coming months.
The Chick-fil-A will be in front of the Kroger at New Holland Market and between AutoZone and Taco Bell.
It will be the latest new food option in the New Holland area, in addition to a recently opened Arby’s and joining a Taco Bell, Senor Fiesta and McDonald’s.
The only current free-standing Chick-fil-A in Gainesville moved to Dawsonville Highway from Pearl Nix Parkway in June 2015.
Other free-standing Hall County locations of Chick-fil-A are on Spout Springs Road in Flowery Branch and Atlanta Highway in Oakwood.
