Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega has named a new CEO, Jason Cox. Cox, originally of Blakely in South Georgia but now a Lumpkin County resident, graduated from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega and started his career as a medical service corps officer in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany. “I have had the pleasure of working with many superb health care CEOs, and it is a pleasure to move the welcome mat a short distance up the mountain for Jason to join Chestatee Regional Hospital as CEO,” said Ron Turner, senior vice president of Southern Health Corp. of Dahlonega.
