Challenged Child and Friends has named Creystal Castell as its family services coordinator. Castell will be responsible for working with outside agencies to better serve families at the school, which includes children 6 weeks to 6 years with developmental delays and disabilities as well as typical children. She will implement the character education curriculum in the preschool and will be available for direct counseling for children and families as needed.
