Career Expo scheduled for April 11 in Dahlonega

Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet with several employers with jobs to fill during the Spring Career Expo coming up April 11 in Dahlonega.

The expo will be held from 1-4 p.m. at the Lumpkin County Parks and Recreation Community Center located at 365 Riley Road.

The latest list of registered employers includes more than 25 businesses offering a variety of jobs.

For more information about the jobs, or to apply online, visit employgeorgia.com to create an account and upload, or prepare a resume. Having an Employ Georgia account expedites the interview process.

Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume and dress appropriately to improve their opportunities for jobs.

The Spring Career Expo is being co-sponsored by the Georgia Department of Labor, Development Authority of Lumpkin County, Lumpkin County School System, Lumpkin County Parks and Recreation Department and Dahlonega-Lumpkin Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau.
