Elton Maddox, of Wayne Farms in Oakwood, was elected chairman of the board of directors of the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association. The board meeting was held during the International Poultry Expo, part of the 2014 International Production & Processing Expo. He previously served as vice chairman.
