Haynes joins Pay It Forward Scholarships as new administrator Laura Haynes has joined Pay it Forward Scholarships as administrator. Haynes will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the organization. Pay It Forward Scholarships Director Cary Sinnett said, “Laura is expected to expand the presence and success of Pay It Forward within the community and across the state of Georgia and we feel she is the perfect candidate to fulfill these roles.”
