Branan joins GB&T’s private banking division
Abby Branan has joined the private banking division of Gainesville Bank & Trust as private banking officer and relationship manager. Branan joined GB&T in 2005 and completed the management associate program in 2006.
Prior to moving to the private banking division, Branan worked as a retail lender at the bank’s Friendship Road Office and was promoted to banking officer and assistant branch manager at the Dawsonville Highway office.
A graduate of North Georgia College & State University with a bachelor’s in finance, Branan has also completed the consumer lending course through Omega Performance Corp.
Plastic surgery practice marks 30 years
Northeast Georgia Plastic Surgery Associates is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the medical practice’s opening in Gainesville.
"Our goal was, and remains today, to set the standard of care for plastic surgery patients in North Georgia," said Dr. Arden Hothem, who founded the practice in 1977.
In addition to Hothem, physicians at the practice include Sam Richwine Jr., K. Glen Walton, Ed Abell and D.J. Campbell.
Hoffman earns award for real estate sales
Prudential Real Estate North America has announced that Brent Hoffman, a commercial agent with Prudential Georgia Realty, was named top commercial agent in Georgia for the third quarter in a row.
Hoffman is associated with Prudential’s office at 351 Jesse Jewell Parkway in Gainesville.
Taylor Corp. to become Navitor
Carlson Craft Business Solutions, Regency and Label Works, all independent entities of Taylor Corp. of Mankato, Minn., are being merged into one unified brand.
"We believe that our new brand, Navitor, clearly reflects our commitment to assist customers in charting the best path to meet their printing needs," said Tom Ninneman, vice president of operations.
The combined company, one of the largest custom print providers in the nation, will officially begin operating as Navitor on Jan. 1, 2008.
It has a company location in Alto.
