Knife with taped handle no longer easily cleanable. Door gasket on reach-in cooler has separated from door. Baseboard needs repair/installation behind cooking area. Painted concrete floor in storage room chipped. Can of Sprite on shelf over salad/sandwich preparer.

Cardboard and raw wood in walk-in freezer. Gaskets, shelves and walls of coolers need cleaning. Floors under shelving in cooler, freezer and storage have accumulation of food and dirt. Mold/mildew and dust is accumulating on condenser vents in walk-in cooler and freezer.
