Sheets with stains. Extra blankets stored in cabinets not being changed out after guest. Set of pillows and blankets laying on insulation due to damaged duct on boat 13. Spas on all houseboats need to be permitted. Glasses, can openers and other utensils and kitchenware with food residue. Kitchenware is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized after guests leave. Showers, toilets and sinks with mildew and other residue. Microwaves, ovens and inside of drawers with food residue. Microwave in boat 10 with damaged place on top inside.

Walls and baseboard need repair throughout kitchen, walls have holes and baseboard is either damaged or rotting and no longer sticks to wall.
