Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine, a meal service, has opened a new location in Gainesville. The distribution center is located at 199 John Morrow Parkway inside Jazzercise.

Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine offers a wide variety of meals that meet the guidelines of the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society and the American Dietetic Association.

Fresh 'n Fit is available through delivery or carry-out methods.

Rushton & Co. to hold Business After Hours
The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours will take place July 31 at the Gainesville-based accounting firm of Rushton & Co.

The event celebrates Rushton's expansion and marks the beginning of the chamber's new year, giving new members the opportunity to meet other chamber members, as well as the organization's new slate of officers.

"It's the first Business After Hours of the new year and a great time for everyone to network and get to know each other," said Kit Dunlap, chamber president and chief executive officer.

Door prizes will be awarded at the event, and part of the event proceeds benefit local nonprofit organizations.

Guests at the event can see Rushton's recently completed addition that provides offices, conference rooms and a new digital center.

Tickets are $5 for members and $10 for guests. The event is set for 5:15 to 7:15 p.m. at Rushton & Co. at 726 South Enota Drive in Gainesville.
