FAE Group, the largest manufacturer of forestry mulchers and clearing equipment in the world, is marking its 20th anniversary in the forestry industry.
In 1989, Silvano Angheben, Giovanni Braiato, G. Franco Pizzuto and Diego Scanzoni founded FAE, Forestry and Agriculture Equipment, in northern Italy. Their innovative hydraulic mulchers, PTO mulchers, rock crushers and soil stabilizers helped solidify their success in the forestry industry.
In 2005, FAE founded a sister company, Primetech, which produces prime movers.
The company, located in Flowery Branch, develops and supplies machines to 45 countries around the world and has operations in Italy, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.
FAE produces the key components of its machines within the company, and has purchased former suppliers to ensure the best design and quality of their machines.
"It is a privilege to work with a company that is always one step ahead of the competitors," said Giorgio Carera, chief executive officer of FAE USA.
Carera credits the success of FAE to "their strong business ethic which includes providing customers with quality products and services."

Tugaloo Home Health completes accreditation
Tugaloo Home Health Agency, an Amedisys company, has been approved by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care for home health and hospice services.
ACHC, a private, not-for-profit corporation, was developed by home care and community-based providers to help companies improve business operations and quality of patient care.
"The survey process leads an organization to examine its policies and practices continually to clarify its strengths and improve its weaknesses," ACHC president Tom Cesar said.
Accreditation is a voluntary activity where health care organizations submit to peer review of their internal policies, processes and patient care delivery against national standards.
Amedisys Inc. is a leading provider of home health and hospice services and operates more than 500 sites across the United States and Puerto Rico.
