Peach State Bank & Trust has announced the purchase of a building and lot at 320 Spring St.
The commercial building previously was home to Pierce Co. Plumbing and Heating and is near the bank’s headquarters at 325 Washington St.

“When this property became available, it was clear to our leadership that we need to prepare for the future and expansion of our main office complex,” said Ron Quinn, the bank’s president and chief executive. “We will be drafting plans to construct a new, multistory building on this site which will be home to our operations center in the years ahead.”
