Gwinnett County Police said they will have another officer at Buford Middle School Friday following a threat written on a wall.
Cpl. Michele Pihera confirmed the department was investigating a threat at the school and said that police are “seeking tips in identifying who is responsible.”
“As a result, we will have at least one officer at the school tomorrow morning as the students are arriving,” Pihera said.
Pihera did not have specifics on the threat but said that it was believed to be a “shooting threat.”
