Gainesville Councilwoman Ruth Bruner has announced that she will seek reelection this fall. “I’ve had a lot of people tell me that they would like me to stay on, that I’m providing good leadership,” she told The Times Friday afternoon. First elected in 2003, Bruner said she has the knowledge and experience to continue serving Gainesville residents for a fourth term.
