The state Department of Transportation has finished upgrading the final two crossings in a Ga. Highway 369/Browns Bridge Road improvement project developed with Forsyth County.

The final crossings to receive upgrades along the highway were Waldrip Road and Waldrip Circle, near Lake Lanier in northeastern Forsyth.

Both reopened Friday afternoon, according to DOT officials.

Waldrip Road was shifted to align with the highway at a 90-degree angle.
