Blackwood named to new term on highway safety board

Harris Blackwood of Gainesville has been named to a fourth term on the board of directors of the Governor’s Highway Safety Association. The association is a Washington-based organization that provides leadership and advocacy for traffic safety programs in all 50 states and U.S. territories. “Harris Blackwood has been a tremendous asset to GHSA,” said Chairman Kendell Poole of Tennessee.
