The Banks County Parks and Recreation Department will be holding a groundbreaking for its Windmill Park Sports Complex at 10 a.m. July 14. The groundbreaking will be at the department’s Field 4 entrance. The project will include four new baseball fields, three batting cages and paved walking trails behind the county’s current baseball fields at 607 Thompson St. in Homer.
