Two people riding a motorcycle were transported to the hospital following a crash before 7 p.m. Jan. 28 in South Hall.
Georgia State Patrol Trooper Jonathan Stamey said a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was heading westbound on Spout Springs Road while a Chevrolet Tahoe headed eastbound.
The Tahoe’s driver tried to make a left turn onto Dove Point Lane and struck the motorcycle, Stamey said.
Both occupants on the motorcycle, Ryan Roberts, 41, and Jennifer Roberts, 46, of Flowery Branch, were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville for non-life-threatening injuries. The Tahoe driver was not transported, though he had a “complaint of injury,” Stamey said.
The Tahoe’s driver, Peyton Corley, 16, of Hoschton, was charged with failure to yield while turning left.
