A 35-year-old man was indicted Tuesday on child molestation and rape charges by a Hall County grand jury. Ajron Peppers has been charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation, statutory rape, two counts of child molestation and simple battery, a misdemeanor. The indictment alleges a lengthy timeline of abuse between June 8, 2002, and Nov. 3, 2010, when the girl was younger than 16.
