A second bomb threat in as many days has been reported at Chestatee Middle Academy, Hall County school officials say.

School administrators were informed of a threat written on a bathroom wall at the end of the school day Thursday.

Wednesday, an early morning threat led to the school’s evacuation.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating both incidents. A search of the building and grounds turned up no evidence of a device.

School officials then gave the go-ahead for scheduled events.

Parents were informed through the school district’s messaging system.
