The case of an alleged aggravated sexual battery at a Braselton party moved to Superior Court.

Roger Dale Brock Jr., 17, was charged with aggravated sexual battery. The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said Brock is accused of “sexually assaulting a female acquaintance at or following a party,” Nov. 4 in Braselton.

“I think there are two sides to the story, and I think when all is said and done that I think the case is at least overcharged and probably inappropriately charged,” attorney Dale Perry said to The Times prior to Monday’s hearing.
