A section of northbound Interstate 985 was shut down around 8:30 Sunday night from a rollover accident that sent a man to a local hospital.

Georgia State Patrol said there was a report of an injury and vehicle fire from the accident near Mile Marker 15. Hall County Fire Chief said a man was taken by ambulance to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, but his condition wasn't available.

 Traffic was detoured to an exit south of the accident before the highway was opened a while later.
