Feeling lucky? Feeling really, really lucky?

Then, grab your horseshoes and your four-leaf clovers and take them with you to your local convenience or grocery store and get yourself a Powerball ticket.

The Powerball jackpot has climbed to a record $700 million to a single annuity winner for Saturday’s drawing.

The Powerball jackpot began rolling Nov. 7 and has rolled 18 times.

One winning ticket worth $1 million from Wednesday’s drawing was sold in Savannah.

Eight winning tickets worth $50,000 were sold in Conyers, Acworth, Lawrenceville, Warner Robins, College Park, McRae, Atlanta and Snellville. Another two lucky tickets worth $50,000 were sold in Marietta.

Powerball offers two jackpot payment options: the $700 million jackpot prize paid over 29 years in 30 graduated payments; or the cash option, which is approximately $428.4 million.

Powerball tickets are $2 per play.

As with all Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from Powerball will benefit education in the state of Georgia.
