5-vehicle wreck now cleared on Thompson Bridge Road

Gainesville Police say southbound lanes of Thompson Bridge Road should be open after being blocked for nearly two hours this morning.

Gainesville Police Lt. Brian Kelly said the southbound lanes of Thompson Bridge Road were backed up this morning after a five-vehicle collision, but there were no injuries.

The incident occurred near First United Methodist Church around 8:30 a.m., according to Hall County dispatch.
