A proposed 45-lot subdivision off Lake Lanier in West Hall is set to go before the Hall County Planning Commission Monday night. David Mercer of Development Consultants is seeking to rezone nearly 37 acres at 5375 Flat Creek Road, near Hidden Harbor Landing subdivision, from vacation-cottage to planned residential development so the subdivision can be built. The development between Point South Drive and Sunrise Cove Marina would be spaced out in two phases.
