Three people were arrested at Lula Park Thursday afternoon on charges of committing indecent acts, authorities said.

Merlin Hartwell Suggs, 74, of Gainesville, William M. Bratley, 57, of Grayson, and John Ashley Dukes Jr., 43, of Dillard, were arrested in separate instances at the small park off Ga. 52, Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad Lt. Scott Ware said.

Ware said Suggs exposed himself to an undercover officer.

Bratley and Dukes were arrested for allegedly telling undercover officers that they wanted to fondle themselves in front of the officers in the woods, Ware said.

Lula Park has been the scene of arrests before, most recently 13 over a period of six months in 2008. Authorities say men have gone there for casual sexual encounters.
