Two Gainesville teenagers were charged with armed robbery Saturday after confronting a pizza delivery man with a knife.

Gainesville Police Department investigators arrested Cody Lamar Campbell, 18, and Branden Lee Mullin, 18, and released them to the Hall County Detention Center.

The pizza delivery man reported that two men, one with a knife, approached him near 320 Ridgewood Ave. about 7:15 p.m. Thursday and demanded money. The victim handed them some cash and ran away, Lt. Carol Martin said.

"Investigators got out there and hit the roads and talked to people," she said. "Based on the descriptions, they found some leads, which led to the arrests."
