Two Clermont residents were arrested Monday on various drug and weapons charges, according to a Multi Agency Narcotics Squad news release. Local law enforcement agents executed a search warrant at a residence in the 6100 block of Ransom Free Road in Clermont, Lt. Scott Ware said. Ware said agents found methamphetamine, hydrocodone, marijuana, scales, a ledger, packaging materials and 10 firearms, one of which was stolen, at the residence. Henry Lloyd Williams, 43, and Charlotte Carol Jones, 37, were booked at the Hall County Jail. Williams and Jones were charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and hydrocodone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and theft by receiving. Williams also was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. MANS and Gang Task Force Agents were assisted by Hall County Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Patrol Division in the arrests.
