Pamela and Bryn Cooper

Pamela Gail Spivey and Bryn Gordon Cooper were united in marriage at 1 p.m. Nov. 27, 2010, at Gainesville First United Methodist Church in Gainesville. The bride is the daughter of Ronnie and Brenda Spivey of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Tracy and Steven Gravitt and Tony and Phyllis Cooper, all of Gainesville .

The Rev. Scott Waters performed the ceremony. Organist Keith Jefcoat and vocalist Kelley Lynch Grunewald presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's friend Melissa Brown Thomas of Jefferson was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's friend Brooke North of Marietta and the groom's sisters Cari and Emily Cooper of Gainesville. The bride's friend Breelan Thomas of Jefferson was the flower girl.

The groom's father was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom's friends Adam Strzemienski and Roberto Aguilera, both of Gainesville and Rhett Rylee of Lula. The groom's nephew Bryce Sammons of Concord was the ring bearer.

Jane Carpenter was the wedding coordinator.

The bride wore her grandmother's wedding band.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Re-cess Southern Gastro Pub in Gainesville on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception in the Great Room at Gainesville First United Methodist Church following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies, the couple reside in Virginia.
