Jane Frost

Jane Elizabeth Pearson and Charles Randall Frost were united in marriage at 7 p.m., Aug. 28, 2010 at Figure Eight Island Yacht Club in Wilimington, N.C. The bride is the daughter of Robert Scurry and Jane Baker Pearson of Gastonia, N.C. The groom is the son of John Randall and Susan Henson Frost of Gainesville.

The Rev. Ralph Edward Spencer performed the ceremony. Violinists Beverly and Elizabeth Andrews and cellist Michael Hickson presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's sister Sarah Catherine Huempfner of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., and the groom's sister Susannah Frost Yost of Atlanta were matrons of honor. Honorary bridesmaids were the bride's friends Sonia Anna Balekdjian and Elizabeth Alexander York, both of Charlotte, N.C., and Elizabeth Rhodes Byrley of Greenville, S.C.

The groom's father and the groom's brother-in-law Jeffrey Alan Yost of Altanta were the best men. Ushers were the groom's cousins Bruce Walton Blackwood, James Bibb Blackwood, David Whitlow Frost, Sloan Quentin Frost, Brett Williams Hogan, John Jarman Rogers Jr. and Wyatt LeClercq Hogan, the bride's brother-in-law David Edward Huempfner and the bride's cousin Christopher Martin Pearson.

Greeters were Mary Woodson Felker and Ellen Newman Rogers.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Eagle Point Golf Club in Wilmington on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at Figure Eight Island Yacht Club in Wilmington following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Mexico, the couple reside in Pineville, N.C.
