The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stephen Nix of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bennett Barry Jr. of Mount Pleasant, S.C. The Rev. Anthony Kowbeidu performed the ceremony. The Julie Diamond Ensemble’s string trio presented a program of wedding music.
