The bride is the daughter of Dan and Teresa Cheryl Parker of Pendleton, S.C., and James Gary Mulkey of Commerce. The groom is the son of Evelyn and Jacky McDougald of Oakwood.
The Rev. Robert Hicks performed the ceremony.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's sister-in-law Elizabeth Moore of Salem, Ala., was matron of honor. The bride's friend Ashley Pierce of Buford was maid of honor. Marissa Perszyk of Flowery Branch was the bridesmaid. The couple's friends Jordy and Sahvana Sands of Gillsville were the flower girls.
Marissa Perszyk and Ashley Pierce were the wedding coordinators. Linda Perszyk and Amy Kelley kept the bride's book.
The bride wore a necklace and earrings given to her by her friend.
The bride's parents gave a rehearsal dinner in Braselton on the eve of the wedding and gave a reception at Mulberry Baptist Church in Hoschton following the ceremony.
Following a honeymoon to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple reside in Flowery Branch.
