Anna Elizabeth Lawrence and Robert Matthew Jones were united in marriage at 2 p.m. May 23, 2009, at First Baptist Church in Gainesville. The bride is the daughter of Tony and Beth Lawrence of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Diane Moller and Michael Jones, both of Dallas.

The Rev. Ronnie Fox performed the ceremony. Vocalist Stevie Martin, violinist Heather Strachan, cellist Mary Alice Swope and violist Edie Benson presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents. The bride's sister Rebecca Lawrence of Gainesville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the groom's sister Kathleen Carter of Crestview, Fla.; the bride's friend Lindsey Fox of Smyrna; the groom's sister Ashley Jones of Dallas; the bride's friends Rebecca Pendley of Atlanta, Mary Vaughn of Snellville and Lori White of Marietta; and the bride's cousin Sarah Williams of Athens.

Best men were the groom's friends Brian Fox of Smyrna and Derik Roberts of Columbus. Groomsmen were the groom's brother-in-law Josh Carter of Crestview; the groom's friends David Holland of Windermere, Fla., Adam Marshall of Dahlonega, Danny O'Shaughnessy of Philadelphia, and Matt Roe and Randy Schultz, both of Atlanta.

Kristi Davis-Wright was the wedding coordinator. Carlee Cosper kept the bride's book and Caitlin Cosper was in charge of programs.

The bride carried her grandmother's handkerchief, her uncle's sixpence that her mother carried in her wedding, and she wore her cousin's veil.

The groom gave a rehearsal dinner at First Baptist Church in Gainesville on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at First Baptist Church following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, the couple reside in Smyrna.
