Megan and Joseph Thomas Jr.

Megan Laura Gailey and Joseph Timothy Thomas Jr. were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. June 20, 2009, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Clermont. The bride is the daughter of Rick and Jan Gailey of Clermont. The groom is the son of Susan and Bill Hosay Jr. of Gainesville and Tim Thomas of Cairo.

The Rev. Don Underwood performed the ceremony. Organist John Howorth and vocalist Lindsey Moore presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's cousin Kaylyn Wiley of Murrayville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's cousins Katie Thayer of Gainesville, Audrey Gailey of Clermont, Alex Thayer of Gainesville, and the bride's friends Jennifer Underwood and Lucia Quinones, both of Gainesville. The groom's cousin Hannah Hosay of Tallahassee, Fla., was the flower girl.

The groom's friend Shannon Gilbert of Lula was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom's father Tim Thomas of Cairo, the bride's brother Jake Gailey of Clermont, the groom's stepfather Bill Hosay Jr. of Gainesville, the groom's grandfather Bill Hosay Sr. of Thomasville and the groom's friend Russell Miller of Clermont. The groom's cousin R.J. Hosay of Tallahassee was the ring bearer.

Kathy Gailey was the wedding coordinator. Caroline Belle Isle kept the bride's book.

The bride carried a handkerchief given to her by her grandmother and wore a diamond necklace made from her mother's engagement ring.

The groom's mother and stepfather gave a rehearsal dinner at Trinity Hall in Clermont on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at their residence in Clermont following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Tybee Island, the couple reside in Clermont.
