Miss Anneliese Rebekah Cox and Mr. Corey Stewart Jones were united in marriage on Nov. 18, 2012, on the beach of Saint George Island, Fla. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Clayton Cox of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dalva Jones of Gainesville.
The Rev. Dan. M. McGill Jr., performed the ceremony. Vocalists Mrs. Beth Owen, Miss Katie Kanaday and Mrs. Abi Wiegand presented a program of wedding music.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride’s sister Miss Victoria Elizabeth Cox of Birmingham, Ala., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s sister Ms. Ashley Lane Cox of Atlanta, bride’s cousins Miss Summer Lillian Myer of Gainesville, and Miss Heather Grace Barnes of Raymond, Miss. The daughters of the bride’s friends, Miss Millie Kate Chosewood of Gainesville and Miss Lily Kate Morgan of Gainesville were the flower girls.
The groom’s father was the best man. Groomsmen were the bride’s brother Mr. Clay Cox of Gainesville, the groom’s friend Mr. Matt Bonds of Gainesville and the groom’s brother Mr. Derrick Jones of Gainesville. The son of the bride’s friend Master Clay Owen of Gainesville was the ring bearer.

The groom’s parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Rivercrest Lodge in Apalachicola, Fla., on the eve of the wedding.
The bride’s parents gave a reception at The Owl Cafe in Apalachicola, Fla., following the ceremony.
Following a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple reside in Gainesville.
