The bride is the daughter of Beatrice Ramirez of Gainesville, and Mario Cevallos of San Diego, Calif. The groom is the son of Jerry and Betty Lyles of Fayetteville, N.C. The Rev. Major Jerry Lyles performed the ceremony.
